Our rates include three freshly prepared meals each day, served to the tables in our spacious dining room. All meals are prepared so as to appeal to your tastes and attend to your dietary needs. Moreover, all utilities, activities, weekly housekeeping including laundering of bed linens, 24 hour nursing care and transportation are included in the rent. Our staff will gladly launder your clothing and personal items for an additional fee.

There is no buy-in fee at Kendallwood Retirement Apartments. We have a tenant friendly month-to-month rental agreement, and we gladly accept insurance payments, if applicable. A refundable deposit will reserve the apartment of your choice for seven days.
